Today our Social Studies and Advanced Social Studies students welcomed TD Ossian Smyth and Cllr Tom Kivlehan to the college. The topic was ‘A Day in the Life’ of a Minister vs a local Councillor.

Our students had an engaging session, asking interesting questions and sparking discussions on a range of topics, from local politics to the intricacies of a politician’s daily life. It was a valuable experience, learning firsthand about the roles and responsibilities that shape our communities.🗣️✨

A big thank you to TD Ossian Smyth and Cllr Tom Kivlehan for taking time to share your experiences with us!
