This course gives students the knowledge, experience, and teaching skills required to launch their careers as professional, confident Pilates instructors.

Over the course of the academic year, students have the time and support to develop their own Pilates practice, while also gaining essential Pilates teaching experience in a supervised setting.  Students learn to design classes and develop expertise in offering individual modifications.

This unique course combines Pilates Teacher Training with sports massage therapies, body conditioning and exercise, which is ideal for anyone seeking a holistic and structured approach to teaching Pilates.

Employment Opportunities:

  • Setting up your own Pilates Teaching business
  • Working in sports clubs, leisure centres, gyms, alternative therapy clinics, health centres or Spas.
  • Setting up in private practice as a Sports/Holistic Massage Therapist

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent, LCA or relevant experience

  • Mature applicants welcome
  • Applicants may be accepted without meeting formal entry requirements
